Clairefontaine FONTAINE Watercolour Paper is a 300 gsm satin finished paper which is very versatile. It has excellent colour rendering and allows transparent colours to stand out well.

TIP! This variant is high white. It lets your colours stand out even more. Its smooth surface makes this paper particularly suitable for precise and detailed work.

Due to the use of 100% cotton linters, the production on a round screen and the excellent sizing (surface and internally sized) this paper is quite strong. This makes it suitable for withstanding techniques with a lot of water. Moreover, it also allows retouching.
