Conté à Paris Pastel Chalks are carré crayons that have been used by professional artists for centuries. They are extremely versatile as they can be used on their sides, ends and corners.

These Conté à Paris Pastel Chalks offer strong colours and precision in use. The colours are luminous, blendable and have high light resistance. They are softer than pencils so are excellent for sketching and layout work, and they can be used with paper stumps and putty rubbers. Each Conté à Paris Pastel Chalk measures 65 mm long x 6 mm x 6 mm, and is protected by a paper sleeve to prevent crumbling.

Conté à Paris Pastel Chalks are ideal for use on grained papers, canvas and uneven surfaces. NB These chalks are only sold in packs of 12, colours can be assorted.
