da Vinci COSMOTOP-MIX B Series 5830 Flat Watercolour Brushes are a combination of Kolinsky red sable, Russian blue squirrel, and Russian black sable, along with small amounts of synthetic hair.

These brushes therefore feature the benefits of natural hairs for watercolour: the pointing and edging of sable, the water-holding capacity and wash strokes of squirrel, and the stiffness and durability of fitch (black sable). They are perfect for precise and detailed work in watercolour, but can also be used for silk and glass painting, and even for acrylics - provided they are cleaned immediately after use.

The large reservoir bellies of the brushes continually supply the tips with colour. These brushes are a great mix of holding ability, control and price!

da Vinci COSMOTOP-MIX B Series 5830 Flat Watercolour Brushes have short, dark blue lacquered handles which are hexagonal in the middle to prevent rolling. They have seamless, rust-resistant nickel-plated brass ferrules.
