These Gerstaecker Graphite Pencils are available in hardnesses from 4H to 9B. The softer leads have high opacity whilst the harder ones guarantee precise, accurate detail. All pencils can be blended together to create impressive effects. Pencils 9B - HB are perfect for writing, drawing, sketching and hatching, pencils B - 4H are ideal for technical drawing and drafts.The shafts of these Gerstaecker Graphite Pencils are black wood.
