The automatic clamp of this lever-operated cutter can be activated or deactivated as necessary. This DAHLE Safety Cutting Machine 867 has a sturdy metal cutting table which has standard paper sizes marked on it. The upper and lower blades are made from ground Solingen steel and have an automatic safety device.
