Due to its purity, lack of lumps and extremely low moisture content, Gerstaecker Champagne Chalk has the advantage that it can be used without prior soaking.
This Gerstaecker Champagne Chalk is primarily used as a filler and, in combination with white pigments, provides better covering power. It is also suitable for ‘extending’ coloured pigments when making gouache. Gerstaecker Champagne Chalk is available in 1 kg or 5 kg tubs.
