Gerstaecker Unchamotted White Clay is ideal for school, therapy and ceramic studios. It is suitable for all pottery techniques, including turning on a pottery wheel.

Great clay if AGED! - On the technical side: plasticity is greatly increased with aging and this clay especially needs aging: that is reclaimed, wedged, used and reclaimed again. If you use it straight out of the bag throwing with very little water or slip is difficult however after being reclaimed it is a dream and also extremely cheap for a white clay body.
