GOLDEN® OPEN Thinner is water-based, and is designed to thin the consistency of GOLDEN® OPEN acrylic paints without altering the drying time, whilst maintaining or adjusting the workability of the colours on the palette.

This GOLDEN® OPEN Thinner contains no binders, does not form a film, and can also be used as a thin-bodied retarder, when combined with heavy body or fluid acrylics. It should never be used alone.
