These Hahnemühle Limited Edition Britannia Watercolour Pads contain 25 sheets of 300 gsm natural white paper with a matt surface structure.
The paper offers excellent flatness after moistening due to its firmness and strength. The hard surface ensures easy application of the colours. It is suitable for all wet techniques: watercolour (especially wet-in-wet painting), smooth-surface painting, dry techniques plus gouache and acrylic.

Tip! This paper is strong enough to withstand multiple layers, scrubbing, and lifting with absolutely no performance issues. The surface texture is slight, somewhere between a hot and cold pressed. Pigments are easier to control than on some waterolour papers.
