The Leonardesca Unprimed Canvas 583 is a premium, Italian-made artist canvas composed of 35% cotton and 65% polyester twisted yarn. It weighs 330 gsm and is highly regarded for its distinctive fine texture and high structural stability.

This canvas is a blend of 35% cotton and 65% polyester, made from a specialised twisted yarn that provides excellent tensile strength. It has a fine grain, making it ideal for detailed brushwork and precise portraiture.

This raw, unprimed fabric is sold in rolls measuring 10 metres by 215 cms, and allows artists to apply their own custom glue and gesso layers.
