The MABEF Watercolour Easel M18 is a professional studio easel of robust construction. It is made from the highest quality solid beech wood, which comes from controlled regions where immediate reforestation takes place.
This wood is extremely durable and, over time, becomes even more beautiful thanks to a special finishing treatment with natural oils that keep the raw material ‘alive’. The easel is delivered as a flat-pack, which is very easy to assemble.
The MABEF Watercolour Easel M18 has adjustable tilt from horizontal to vertical with every step in between and can therefore be used as a table. This makes it suitable not only for large canvases, but also for glazing, watercolour painting, drawing and restoration work. There is a ratchet control for adjusting the height of the canvas holder, the maximum canvas height is 2.25 m and the maximum weight 30 kg. The easel has 4 castors with locking screws to ensure a secure footing.
