You mix this O'color Salt Dough with water until it's smooth. You can use it for classic modelling techniques. It is sold in 1 kg tubs
This is how to work with O'color Salt Dough:
- mix with water: 3 parts salt dough to 1 part water
- let it rest for 30 to 45 minutes before use
- once shaped, bake in a domestic oven at setting 3 for about 2 hours
When cool you can paint your work with acrylic paint or gouache, possibly followed by an acrylic varnish.
TIP! You can store unused leftover salt dough in the fridge for about 2 weeks.
