Raphaël Kaërell S Flat brushes series 879 are particularly suitable for primers, backgrounds and large-scale work. They are universal brushes, ideal for oil, acrylic or watercolour and absorb less colour than natural hair.

These Raphaël Kaërell S Flat brushes series 879 have soft tough fibres with great bounce. They have long orange lacquered handles with brown tips, and seamless silver ferrules.

The secret of these brushes lies in their fibres which mimic marten hair. They offer responsiveness, flexibility and elasticity allowing the artist to obtain an excellent spring on the canvas. The fibres are very resistant, making Raphaël® Kaërell S Flat brushes series 879 good value for money.
