These Rohrer & Klingner Writing Inks are suitable for fountain pens, steel nibs, quills and other utensils used in calligraphy. They can be mixed to create new colours.

Some of the colours in this range of Rohrer & Klingner Writing Inks have been specially developed with calligraphy in mind. While the majority of the colours are not lightfast - as is the case with most fountain pen inks - the iron gall inks (Scabiosa and Salix) will darken in colour as they dry, and will then become permanent and archival. These Rohrer & Klingner Writing Inks are available in a range of brilliant, water-based colours, and are sold in 50ml bottles.
