SCHULCZ Natural Cork Sheeting is a very useful model making material. It is easy to cut with a blade or scissors, and can be glued with a good quality PVA or contact adhesive.

In architectural model making, cork can be used in the making of topographical stratified models. It can also be used as a base to lay train tracks on model railway layouts. Because of its fine, closed cell structure and low density, cork provides good insulation for heat and sound and is also difficult to set on fire. And because cork does not absorb liquids or take on dust or dirt, it is hygienic as well.
