The Speedball® SCOOP COATER sits easily on any flat surface. It has 2 coating edges: one sharp and one round. It also features a snap-on dust cover.
This aluminium coater features dual sided edges, with a sharp edge for fine mesh counts and a rounded edge for lower mesh counts. To use the coater simply apply the edges on either side so that the emulsion doesn't escape, tilt it forward so the emulsion touches the screen and drag it up leaving around an inch gap in margin from the edge of the screen. This Speedball® SCOOP COATER has glued injection moulded end caps and a full snap on dust shield to prevent any particles mixing in with your emulsion.
