STABILO® ARTY aquacolor® Pencils are the perfect watercolour pencil for all creative colour specialists. They can be used either wet or dry, and are ideal for school, college, leisure artists etc.

These STABILO® ARTY aquacolor® Pencils should be applied to dry paper and the colours then mixed with a little water and a brush. Alternatively you can use a damp brush directly on the pen tip.
