Tosa Shi for encaustic monotype - I have been using this paper to make quite large monotypes with encaustic crayons (Great Art's are very good). I heat a metal printing plate to around 90 C, and draw on the plate. Then I place the paper over the plate and transfer the image by rubbing the back with a baren, Its very beautiful.

Tosa Shi paper - First impressions are very good, although the image on the website is very misleading. It is, in fact, slightly off white and not at all like the photograph, and takes a very good, crisp impression off the block. I am looking forward to using this paper and may well return with further opinions.
Certainly excellent value.
