ASRE Dibond Adhesive Plates are self-adhesive wall hangers for mounting frameless artwork, photos, and mirrors directly to rigid backings like Aluminium Dibond Panels, acrylic, or glass.

These 1 mm thick zinc-plated steel plates feature an aggressive, pressure-sensitive foam backing designed to create a permanent, heavy-duty bond without needing to drill into your artwork.

Ensure surfaces are clean, smooth and dry before application of ASRE Dibond Adhesive Plates. Each pack contains 2 adhesive hangers.

The maximum load capacity per ASRE Dibond Adhesive Plate is:

• 83535 (45 mm x 45 mm) = 1 kg
• 81381 (70 mm x 70 mm) = 3 kg
• 81382 (100 mm x 100 mm) = 6 kg
• 87316 (100 mm x 200 mm) = 12 kg
• 87317 (100 mm x 300 mm) = 16 kg

Application Instructions:

• To prevent bond failure, follow this application process carefully:
• 1. Clean: Thoroughly degrease the back of the panel using Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA). Ensure the surface is 100% clean, smooth, and dry.
• 2. Apply: Peel off the protective backing liner, position the plate slightly above the panel's vertical centre of gravity, and press firmly across the entire plate for roughly 60 seconds.
• 3. Cure: Allow the adhesive to cure for a full 24 to 48 hours before applying any weight or hanging the artwork.
• 4. Finish: Attach rubber bumpers to the bottom corners of the panel to maintain a parallel alignment against the wall and provide a "floating" look
