Clairefontaine Foamboard is a lightweight foamboard with a polystyrene foam core between two sheets of paper. This chlorine-free foamboard is ideal for presentations, decorations or model making.
The foamboard can also be used as a painting surface for screen printing, painting and spraying techniques. The polystyrene core makes Clairefontaine Foamboard easy to cut and drill.
TIP! When applying paint to the entire surface and when using emulsion paints, both sides should be used to prevent warping of the lightweight foam board. The core of the lightweight foamboard is not solvent-resistant. Therefore, please do not use adhesives containing solvents.
This foamboard is available in different thicknesses and formats, in white and black, and also in individual sheets covered in kraft paper.
