DERWENT PASTEL PENCIL sets come in metal tins containing assortments of soft, powdery pastel pencils which produce a velvety smooth finish, ideal for mixing, blending and smudging.

These pencils offer a clean and convenient alternative to regular messy pastels.

DERWENT PASTEL PENCILS are suitable for all types of pastel work, being easier to control yet maintaining the intense colour quality of pastels. Colours can be layered on top of each other to create an endless array of hues and tints. The wide leads allow for free expressive strokes but the pencils can be sharpened to a fine point with a pastel sharpener for crisp lines and details.
