Esprit Composite Beeswax Pearls are an animal wax ideal for encaustic art, modelling or as the basis for bronze casting. The beeswax can be easily mixed with other waxes.
To make encaustic wax from Esprit Composite Beeswax Pearls:
Dilute beeswax the day before in a ratio of 1: 3 with turpentine
Add pigments, oil paint etc. as required
Allow to dry
Polish with a soft cloth
The coloured beeswax can be applied to wood, clay and plaster as a decorative ornamentation or patina. Esprit Composite Beeswax Pearls are sold in 1kg bags.
