Powertex® POWERWAX is a water-based cold wax that you can use neat or with pigments, metal pigments, sand, acrylic paint, dyes and other compatible materials.
With Powertex® POWERWAX you can create a satin protective effect for your paintings. It is ideal for highlighting cracks, emphasising structures and many other techniques. Use Powertex® POWERWAX in mixed media projects, as a photo finish and to protect painted furniture and wooden objects. In combination with cracked structures, Powertex® POWERWAX creates breathtaking colour effects in the cracks and on the surfaces.
The mixing ratio depends on the pigment used and the desired effect. This Powertex® POWERWAX is sold in 250 g tubs.
