Esprit Composite RTV 151 Silicone is a professional-grade, two-component room temperature vulcanising (RTV) polycondensation silicone elastomer designed primarily for creating detailed, low-resistance flexible moulds.

This popular, high-quality material is used by beginners and experts alike for recreating bas-reliefs, statuettes, art objects, and engineering prototypes. The very thin white 2-component impression material is perfect for micro-accurate impressions. Even the smallest bumps are transmitted faithfully to the negative mould. It cures after 12 hours. Crosslinking takes about 24 hours at 20°C. Dosage: 2 to 5 g catalyst per 100 g silicone.

To use Esprit Composite RTV 151 Silicone:

Stir well before use. Coat the surface with talcum powder or Vaseline. Mix the 2 components and wait for 25 seconds. Pour the silicone over the model in very fine layers to avoid air bubbles.
