Esprit Composite RTV 181 Silicone is a 2-component beige impression material particularly suitable for producing casting moulds. It is excellent for precise reproductions of complex objects such as figures, statues, furniture and objet d'art.
Thanks to the unique viscous consistency of Esprit Composite RTV 181 Silicone it can be both cast in layers around the object and also applied with a brush. Esprit Composite RTV 181 Silicone is soft and tear resistant, and heat resistant up to 180°C. Crosslinking time is between 45 minutes and 24 hours depending on the mixing ratio. Dosage: 2g to 5g of catalyst per100g silicone.
