modern options Patina Top Coats are ideal for achieving blue or green patination effects. They should be used in conjunction with the modern options METALLIC Basecoats (item code 29065).

When the first layer of modern options METALLIC Basecoat (copper, gold or bronze) is completely dry, apply a second coat, leaving approx 30 minutes between coats. While this second layer is still slightly sticky, apply the green or blue modern options Patina Top Coat in 2 or 3 layers.

  • Patina Blue™— to be used on Blonde Bronze, Blackened Bronze, Gilded Gold and Copper Topper
  • Patina Green™ — to be used on Blonde Bronze, Gilded Gold and Copper Topper only.

TIP! To make the patination even more pronounced, add a thin layer of TINTING SOLUTION ageing wash (item code 29073)
