The FABER-CASTELL MULTIMARK ACRYLIC marker — the versatile acrylic marker for artistic work, decorative techniques, mixed-media applications and DIY projects!

This marker uses high-quality, water-based acrylic ink. This guarantees a professional finish on virtually any surface, whether you’re working on paper, card, wood, leather, glass, fabric, plastic, stone or canvas — multi-surfaces. Furthermore, the markers are double-ended — so they have two tips: a smaller round tip (1 - 1.2 mm) for details, fine lines and contours & outlines, and a larger round tip (2 - 3 mm) for broader strokes, flat areas and expressive work & mark-making.

The colours are intense, super-opaque and lightfast. The palette is very diverse: from standard and neon colours to metallics and a particularly glossy black. Thanks to the handy pump system, you get a smooth, consistent ink flow and colour delivery, without any annoying interruptions. The ink dries very quickly, allowing you to effortlessly apply multiple layers on top of each other, for example for striking accents or quick corrections. TIP! While the ink is still wet, you can mix colours for smooth gradients or even create watercolour effects with a little water. Furthermore, the formula is low-odour, making it particularly comfortable to use indoors.

On porous surfaces, the ink dries permanently. Allow your work to dry for at least 24 hours so that the ink cures completely and becomes more scratch-resistant. If desired, you can finish your work with a fixative, lacquer or varnish for extra protection, especially on smoother or heavily used surfaces. On smooth, non-porous surfaces, you can simply wipe the ink away with a damp cloth, unless you fix your work.
