Gerstaecker Plaster Bandages are 100% cotton and are sold in rolls. They are perfect for schools, and also suitable for hobby and prolific artists for sculptures, collages and reliefs (when used in conjunction with other materials).

To use the Gerstaecker Plaster Bandages simply immerse them in water for 2-3 seconds, squeeze out lightly and then shape them. After a few minutes setting time simply remove the mould. Finished moulds can be painted with acrylic paints.

N.B. to apply to a face, first rub the face with Vaseline before applying the moistened plaster bandages. Always protect eyes, mouth and hair with damp paper towels and leave nostrils free!
