This GIOTTO STILNOVO Watercolour Pencil set contains 48 pencils with extremely resistant water-soluble leads. It is a designated school pack and contains 4 pencils in each of 12 vibrant colours, presented in a circular tin.

After completing a drawing, simply paint over the artwork (or parts of it) with a wet brush: the colour dissolves immediately, creating a watercolour effect with impressive results.
