GOLDEN® QoR™ Watercolor COLD PRESS GROUND creates an absorbent ground with a cool white surface. It has the appearance of a toothy cold-press or rough handmade paper.
This ground is ideal when a rough texture is desired for emphasising dry brush techniques.
TIP! A smoother finish can be achieved with QoR™ Watercolor COLD PRESS GROUND by skimming with a wet palette knife during application.
To apply: use a palette knife and allow to dry fully, thicker applications may take several days before they are ready to be painted. Apply evenly for a smooth paper quality or vary the application for increased texture.
