Jia Xuan Japanese Paper is natural white, 50gsm and the sheets measure 37cm x 45cm. Jia Xuan Japanese Paper is made from natural fibres, bamboo straw and rice cellulose.

This is lovely paper. I have drawn on it, acrylic painted it and relief printed it with oil-based ink. It has a soft, fabric-like feel with a nice off-white shade. It used to come folded but now it comes perfectly flat and is a bit thicker also.

in addition to the above - I have been in contact with GreatArt about this paper. It is lovely paper but alas the sheets come folded over in the middle. With such light stock the fold is permanent. I am told by GreatArt that they receive the paper already folded so unfortunately there is nothing that can be about it.

Nice paper, horrible service - This is lovely paper but the sheets I was sent were all ruined. They had been folded in half to fit inside a box, rendering them useless. As may be imagined once stock of this type is folded the crease can never be removed. I sent a complaint to Great Art via email and an automatic message assured me of a speedy reply. However that was a month ago and I still haven't had any response. And after so long I don't suppose I ever will. So it's a shame. Let the buyer beware!
