KUM® Faded brushes are 100% handmade, from a mixture of two different high-tech synthetic fibres The softer of the two fibres consists of an ideal mixture of different fibre diameters, which guarantees an extremely high water and ink absorption capacity as well as an even delivery of the medium. The stiffer fibres are stabilised by a special hardening process and thus offer more elasticity and control when working with the brush.

This set also contains four digital urban motif templates for download, which can be easily transferred to watercolour paper. So download the templates and get started right away!

The KUM® Urban Watercolour Brush set contains:

• 1 x KUM® Faded French Round, size 8. For backgrounds, the Faded French Round is a good choice. A French-bound wash brush which can store a lot of water and paint, you can paint wonderfully abstract and loose with it!
• 1 x KUM® Faded Round, size 6. The perfectly shaped brush tip allows you to paint thin lines and details in addition to painting large and small areas. An absolute all-rounder!
• 1 x KUM® Faded Flat, size 4. This is very suitable for working out angular shapes, such as windows, with just a few brushstrokes and adding details and patterns to the illustration, such as bricks or fence posts.
• 1 x KUM® Faded Liner, size 2. The liner stores more water and paint than you would expect at first glance. For long, fine lines and details, it’s the best brush.
