Lascaux Impasto Gel thickens the consistency of acrylic paints so you can achieve stunning brush and palette knife effects, and impasto. It can also increase the drying time so you have longer to work without your paint hardening.

Lascaux Impasto Gel also lends itself to collages, and allows you to incorporate small materials into your painting (sand, pigments etc).

Once dry Lascaux Impasto Gel dries into a clear film with great strength and flexibility and maximum light resistance. It is available in gloss (Impasto Gel 1), matt (Impasto Gel 2), or satin (Impasto Gel 3) in a variety of sizes.
