The MABEF Basic Lyre Easel M13 is a sturdy tripod easel, suitable for indoor exhibitions and for working with oil and acrylic paints. It is ideal for medium-sized stretcher frames up to 125 cm.

This easel is a flat pack kit that features the ‘Easy Assembly’ quick-assembly system developed by MABEF. Made from oiled beech wood, with rounded wooden corners, rust-free brass bolts and screws, and a vibration-damping central spring. The canvas holder, which is adjustable via a metal ratchet rail, ensures stability and a long service life. The upper canvas holders are secured with a wing nut and a metal washer. Sliding canvas supports provide a level, stable painting surface.
