MILAN® Air Drying Modelling Clays are solid, compact mixtures that become pliable and ready to use when kneaded by hand. They are sold in 400 g blocks, and are available in white or terracotta..
With this pliable clay, you can craft different parts of the same piece separately, since the clay’s quality allows you to easily attach the parts together (before drying). The clay air dries (N.B. Not designed for forced air drying). Drying time varies according to thickness and weather conditions: 1 cm-thick pieces will dry in 48 hours. Once dry the clay can be painted and/or varnished, and is highly resistant to breakage.
