This modern options Instant Rust™ Set can be used to create amazing effects on wood, plaster, ceramics and metal.
To use the modern options Instant Rust™ Set:
- thoroughly clean the surface before applying the Instant Iron base coat (for best results 2 coats are normally needed)
- apply the Instant Rust top coat:
- for more orangey colours apply a couple of hours after the last layer of Instant Iron is dry,
- for redder effects leave at least 24 hours but no more than 36
- apply 2-3 coats.
N.B. The oxidation will continue for 24 hours.
