This NORIS Gilding Cushion is highly padded and is wrapped in premium calf leather. It is an essential, static-minimising surface for resting, shifting, and cleanly cutting loose gold or silver leaf with a gilder's knife without tearing.

The NORIS Gilding Cushion features an integrated parchment draught shield that folds flat for storage but pops up during work to protect the weightless, ultra-thin metal leaf from being blown away by minor air currents. The cushion measures 15 cm x 25 cm and weighs 200 g.
