Plastiline® Modelling clay is a professional product for numerous applications. It can be used for creating sculptures, restoration, reliefs, castings or to create reproductions (accuracy 1/10 mm) and copies.
This Plastiline® Modelling clay is a wax and oil based modelling material so it never fully dries out, thus enabling you to alter your models repeatedly. It can be softened with your hands, a heat gun or a hair dryer, and hardened by putting it in the fridge. It maintains its strength and leaves no residue when it dries. Plastiline® Modelling clay has excellent stability and does not deform or shrink over time. Finished items can be painted with acrylic paint.
This Plastiline® Dark Grey Modelling clay is available in 750 g blocks and 1 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg rolls in 5 different degrees of hardness:
- HG40 = very soft, softening at 39-41°
- HG50 = soft, softening at 48-52° C
- HG55 = standard, softening at 52-56° C

Rather misleading product heading - This is NOT air drying Clay.
It is more like "professional" plasticine, in as much as it NEVER sets hard, and will NEVER dry - so is 100% reusable by heating.
Excellent for making casts and fine modelling.
