Raphaël® L'IMPRESSIONNISTE Double-Bevelled brushes series 3611 are high-quality brushes with synthetic hair that has been specially developed as a vegan alternative to classic bristle hair.

The curved fibres give the brush elasticity and dimensional stability - for the perfect "snap & spring" when painting. The multi-split hair tips imitate the scale-like structure of bristle hair and ensure particularly high colour absorption. These brushes are ideal for oil colours and acrylic paints with a medium to pasty consistency, but can also be used for opaque tempera, thick gouache or casein paints.

The double bevelled shape opens up new possibilities in painting techniques: use the flat surface, the two bevelled edges or the point. You can work with two colours at the same time, or achieve special effects by applying targeted pressure to one of the edges - for painting leaves, branches or textured surfaces, for example.
