Raphaël® L'IMPRESSIONNISTE D-brushes series 3693 are high-quality brushes with synthetic hair that has been specially developed as a vegan alternative to classic bristle hair.

The curved fibres give the brush elasticity and dimensional stability - for the perfect "snap & spring" when painting. The multi-split hair tips imitate the scale-like structure of bristle hair and ensure particularly high colour absorption. These brushes are ideal for oil colours and acrylic paints with a medium to pasty consistency, but can also be used for opaque tempera, thick gouache or casein paints.

The smooth brush action, even colour distribution and high opacity make it a versatile all-rounder. The shape of the D-brush combines the advantages of a flat brush with those of a round brush. It is round and soft on one side and flat and firm on the other, with a slightly curved top. This means that the brush adapts directly to the pressure you exert when painting.
