Raphaël® L'IMPRESSIONNISTE Fan brushes series 3615 are high-quality brushes with synthetic hair that has been specially developed as a vegan alternative to classic bristle hair.

The curved fibres give the brush elasticity and dimensional stability - for the perfect "snap & spring" when painting. The multi-split hair tips imitate the scale-like structure of bristle hair and ensure particularly high colour absorption. These brushes are ideal for oil colours and acrylic paints with a medium to pasty consistency, but can also be used for opaque tempera, thick gouache or casein paints.

The fan shape is particularly suitable for blurring, blending, feathering, effect painting or for vegetative and atmospheric structures. Use it for clouds, mist, water, trees, branches, leaves, fur or grass. Depending on how much pressure you apply to the brush, visible or barely perceptible traces are created - ideal for natural-looking transitions.
