SENNELIER Refined Safflower Oil is a clarified vegetable oil, quick-drying, with low acidity. It yellows less than linseed oil and has excellent compatibility with pigments.
Safflower oil is recommended for whites and light tones due to its pale colour. It can be mixed with oil paints to increase their fluidity and gloss without causing a change in hue during the drying process. Safflower oil dries more slowly, but can be mixed with linseed oil without any problems.
