Speedball® | Professional Photopolymer Emulsion — ready-to-use

Speedball® Professional Photopolymer Emulsion is a pre-sensitised, ready-to-use screen printing coating that eliminates the need to mix separate Diazo powder or liquid activators.

This emulsion is designed for fine-detail imaging and photographic halftones, it requires zero preparation water and can be poured directly into a scoop coater straight from the container. Speedball® Professional Photopolymer Emulsion is formulated as a pre-mixed, one-part system to save setup time and reduce product mixing errors. It resists breakdown from both water-soluble and solvent-based screen printing inks, and is formulated specifically to ensure excellent edge definition and uniform exposure on polyester screen fabrics.

TIP! This Speedball® Professional Photopolymer Emulsion lasts for up to 2 years from the date of manufacture when stored properly, contrasting with traditional Diazo mixtures which degrade within 4 to 8 weeks after activation.
