WINSOR & NEWTON™ | Artisan VARNISH REMOVER — for WATER MIXABLE OIL COLOUR™, 75 ml

Winsor & Newton™ Artisan VARNISH REMOVER for WATER MIXABLE OIL COLOUR™ safely removes Artisan varnishes from paintings for cleaning & re-varnishing.

It is a clear, water-based fluid which is low-odour and solvent free. It can also be used for cleaning dried varnish from brushes etc.

Winsor & Newton™ Artisan VARNISH REMOVER is characterised by the following properties:

  • watery consistency
  • low odour
  • solvent-free
  • no irritatants
  • complete evaporation
  • washable with water
  • stable and lightweight 75 ml PET bottle

Apply generously onto a lint free cloth and gently rub into the varnish film. If slight pigment is visible on the cloth this is an indication that the removal has been successful.

TIP! Requires subtle touch and care not to damage the painting.
