WINSOR & NEWTON™ Artisan™ Water Mixable Oil Colours are water soluble, made entirely from modified flax and rapeseed oil. They are odourless and offer high colour brilliance and pigment strength, with excellent covering power. They have a buttery consistency and a high proportion are made with single pigments.
