Borciani e Bonazzi | TOP GRAPHIC PRECISO 605 Detail brushes — synthetic hair
These Borciani e Bonazzi TOP GRAPHIC PRECISO 605 Detail brushes use the same high-quality, vegan-friendly synthetic hair as the TOP GRAPHIC 600 series.
It is resilient and retains its shape, even when you apply a lot of pressure — what we call the 'snap & spring'. And it is robust and wear-resistant, even when working on rougher surfaces. But there is one crucial difference: the hair is significantly shorter, in a micro-diameter ferrule.
➽ Maximum stiffness — the shorter hairs give less, giving you an extremely direct response even with minimal pressure.
➽ Extreme snap & spring — the hair tip springs back immediately, which is essential for repeatable, razor-sharp details.
➽ Micro-precision — the lines are not only tight, but also completely vibration-free.
This makes this specialist brush perfect for the finest detail work, clean contours and geometric perfection in paint or ink. Whether you're painting miniatures, scale models, maquettes & dioramas, creating micro-illustrations or botanical watercolours, or want to touch up tiny damage during restoration work.
Smart detail: the end of the handle is cut at an angle for scratching techniques such as sgraffito, and the selective removal of paint, for example for corrections and accents.

Borciani e Bonazzi — tradition and innovation since 1951!
The founders of the Italian family business Borciani e Bonazzi — B♦B for short — are brother Arturo and sister Wilma Bonazzi. They started their business in 1951 in a small artisan workshop in the Emilia region of Italy. The name came about when Wilma's husband, the young Borciani, joined the company.
Today, their brushes are still made one by one by hand, combining traditional techniques — learned from local craftsmen — with top-quality materials, such as innovative, high-end synthetic fibres.
