This BOTZ UNIDEKOR® Set contains 6 x 36 ml jars of liquid, colour-intensive opaque paint for almost every ceramic decoration technique. The firing range for these paints is between 1000° C - 1250° C.
These newly developed, ready-to-use versatile decorative colours are easy to use, can be diluted with water and can be intermixed with each other. Apply a thin coat of underglaze colour to the biscuit-fired clay, allow to dry thoroughly, glaze with Transparent and fire according to the glaze recommendations.
The BOTZ UNIDEKOR® Set contains the following colours:
- Cobalt blue
- Black
- Chrome green
- White
- Sun yellow
- Bright red
Tips! When painting porcelain do not apply too thinly, fire at at least 1200° C or glaze thinly with transparent glaze and fire at 1080° C. With the exception of colours 003, 005 and 015, UNIDEKOR® also becomes very intense with stoneware at over 1220° C. Purchased earthenware or tiles are ideal for painting. Apply and glaze fire at approx. 1050° C. With the underglaze technique, you can decorate unglazed ceramic or biscuit tiles beautifully. Paint on slightly diluted colours like watercolours, add further colour accents if necessary, apply transparent glaze very thinly with a soft brush after drying and fire at 1050° C. Rub any blisters that appear with your finger after they have dried. In the majolica technique, beautiful effects result from the special nature of some glazes.
