CREARTEC ARTIDEE® Mould Release Wax Emulsion acts not only as a release agent but also as mould protection because it is resistant to water-containing casting compounds and the aggressive ingredients they sometimes contain.
This CREARTEC ARTIDEE® Mould Release Wax Emulsion consists of a wax mixture emulsion which is no longer visible after application. Release agent residues can be easily removed from both moulds and impression models with hot soapy water or silicone remover.

Originals made of plaster, ceramic casting compounds, concrete, wax, etc., as well as finished negative moulds made of plastic, silicone or elastic polyurethane are coated with a thin layer of mould release wax emulsion before moulding and then polished. This makes it easy to remove the object from the mould after moulding.
