Gerstaecker Primer is suitable for priming solid and textile surfaces for oil, acrylic, tempera and gouache painting.

The primer white is of excellent quality and is characterised by the following properties:

  • white in colour
  • adheres very well
  • opaque
  • dries waterproof
  • can be thinned with water
  • non-yellowing
  • solvent-free

TIP! — Please clean tools with water immediately after use.

Poor Product - I am very disappointed with this primer and will not be purchasing this again.It is full of lumps of dry and semi-dry primer and no matter how much you stir it; it does not dissolve. So I spend half the time priming and the othe half picking the lumps out. It's such a shame I purchased 1ltr. So I'll return to a product I can trust and one that does what it says on the tin, GOLDEN ACRYLICS.
