KUM® | Frau Hölle Loose Watercolour brush set — 4 brushes

This KUM® Frau Hölle Loose Watercolour brush set contains 4 watercolour brushes in sizes 00, 2, 6 and 8. Each brush is individually sprinkled with black blobs and is therefore truly unique!

The brushes are made of special high-tech synthetic fibres and have a perfectly round brush tip, which makes it possible to paint the smallest details and work very precisely (with any brush size). Thanks to the excellent resilience and elasticity, the tip springs back into its original shape even after frequent use. For this reason, the size 6 and 8 brushes are particularly good for loose watercolour motifs (e.g. flowers, leaves). These brushes are also suitable for large backgrounds on watercolour paper (e.g. Hahnemühle Expression), as the high storage capacity means that a lot of water can be held in the brush hairs.

You can use the smaller brush sizes (00 and 2) of the KUM® Frau Hölle Loose Watercolour brush set for small details (e.g. flower stems, berries), and watercolour brush lettering compositions can be created with a little practice. The high elasticity prevents unwanted strokes (as there are no protruding brush hairs) and the high storage capacity is also an advantage when lettering, as it means longer words can be lettered in one go without having to reabsorb colour/water.
